Australian sanctions law extends beyond direct trade, if goods eventually reach a sanctioned individual, organisation, or sector in St Petersburg, Russia, even after transiting another country, the exporter may still be held liable. With modern logistics chains becoming more complex and enforcement tightening, the risk of indirect exposure is substantial. To protect our clients from legal, financial, and reputational harm, CargoMaster cannot engage in any shipping activity connected to St Petersburg, Russia.
