Having swept floors, managed cargo manifests, and classified dangerous goods, Grant’s responsibilities expanded to urgent courier jobs, loading aircraft holds, and more. With experience gained in Sydney and Brisbane, including a role as the youngest TNT Group manager with COMET, Grant’s journey culminated in his collaboration with transportation industry figures Peter Macor and Sir John Davies.

From Sydney to Brisbane, Grant’s odyssey was shaped under the tutelage of esteemed Mayne Nickless executives. This path led him to become the Queensland Air Freight Manager at TNT by the age of 22. After dedicating 4-5 years to TNT, he embraced entrepreneurship, leading his own transportation enterprises for 6 years.

Collaborating with transportation visionary Peter Macor followed, enhancing Grant’s insights. This journey culminated in the establishment of Carroll International Pty Ltd in 2002, later rebranded as Cargomaster in 2012 for heightened visibility.

Throughout his journey, Grant gathered industry anecdotes, including the creation of the Domestic Prepaid Air Sticker by Skyroad—a solution to a cash flow challenge replacing plastic satchels with prepaid stickers.
